Here's a list of Buzzfeed links that teachers would find useful in some way. I think this would work best as a page rather than a post so that way it's quicker to find for you readers! If you have any Buzzfeed links you'd like to share, feel free to let me know. Sharing is caring!
1. Click here to find out about how to use engaging bulletin boards around your classroom. I found 4 and 12 to be clever and 17 wicked! My favorite has to be 22.
2. Click here to read about clever classroom tips that you may not have thought of before. 24 is a good body break for students to do. 13 I'm not sure if I can randomly ask Starbucks for many empty grande cups and lids. 5 and 8 are my favorites though I'm pretty sure I'll use 9 for sure!
3. Click here to discover about various posters you can use to "jazz up your classroom." This one I have a lot of favorites, such as 3, 7, 10 & 18. Number 20 is a great reminder for teachers, and I laughed out loud at 26. But 30 is an example in how a teacher can create their own (more or less what I'll do)!
4. If you need a laugh to cheer you up, click here to read funny spelling errors created by children. Basically, this is why teachers need to teach students the huge importance of spelling. I'm not going to single out my most/least favorites because the lesson here is that spelling is a major language arts subject to consistently teach (along with many others, of course!).
5. Okay, so this list includes the 31 faces students will make that every teacher will recognize. I actually laughed, out, loud, reading these, as they are pretty hilarious. To be honest, all of them are my favorite because through my experiences, I have seen these faces (multiple, multiple, times). Check it out here to have a good-ole chuckle!
6. I shared this list with one of my coworkers where she used the Finding Nemo trick and her students LOVED it. They are attention go-getters which you can never know too many. My go to one is "If you can hear my voice touch your lip/ear/head/chin/etc". What's yours?!
7. A title with 37 Insanely Smart School Teacher Hacks, I'm confident this one will give your a new light in your classroom environment, teaching style, or just something different. I just love how most of the items used are ones you can purchase at the Dollar store!
